Dr. Christine Reed grew up in
Ontario, Canada, but her family has made Crossville home since 1991.
Dr. Reed graduated as the valedictorian of
Cumberland County High School and then attended Evangel University in
Springfield, Missouri. There she graduated summa cum laude
with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. Dr. Reed obtained her M.D. degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and then completed residency training in
pediatrics at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. While there, she received several awards, including Most Outstanding Resident in Developmental Pediatrics and Outstanding Achievement in Community Pediatrics. She is board certified in pediatrics.
Dr. Reed is on the hospital staff of
Cumberland Medical Center and is also a member of the American Academy
of Pediatrics.
