Remember, to communicate with us through the web or by e-mail, you must first have signed an e-mail consent form in our office. If you e-mail us without first giving us your written consent, we will be unable to respond to or act on the message.

Please call our office directly for a same-day appointment for a sick child.

Remember, we must have seen your child in the past year, and the medicine must have been previously prescribed by our office, to refill your child's medication.

Due to privacy regulations, records can be released only to the custodial parent or guardian. Your child's medical records may be sent to your home address, or you may pick them up at our office. Because we respect your child's right to privacy, we will not release records (including immunization forms and school physical forms) to anyone without your signed, witnessed consent.

Due to volume of our messages, we can only respond to our own patients and families, not the general public. For general questions about children's health, try looking in our pediatric health Q&A first.
