Where can I learn CPR?

While we hope that CPR is something we never have to use, it is a life-saving skill everyone should learn. CPR might be necessary in many different types of emergencies, such as accidents, near-drowning, smoke inhalation, etc. When performed immediately and effectively, CPR can save a person’s life by restoring blood flow to the heart, brain, and other organs. Without oxygen and blood flow to the bodies’ vital organs, permanent brain damage or death can occur in less than 8 minutes. Anyone can learn CPR, and everyone should.
